THE RATES​
 

2 nights minimum : 280 euros including tax, excluding tourist tax

Extra night :           140 euros including tax, excluding tourist tax

Unless you booked on the Booking.com platform, a 30% deposit is required upon booking for stay longer than 6 nights. If you cancel your stay14 days or more before your arrival, the deposit is refundable. If you cancel your stay 13 days or less before your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

You will be asked to pay the entire stay in cash, bank transfer or by check upon arrival, less the deposit if applicable.

For your stay, you will be asked a 300 euros deposit (cash, bank transfer or check). This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the checkout inventory shows no damage.

Cleaning is included in the price. Bed and bathroom linen are also included in the price.

Before leaving, we just ask you to:

• Collect sheets, pillowcases, bathmats and tea towels in the laundry basket at the bottom of the stairs. Please do not remove the mattress pads. Blankets must be folded.

• Take out your trash. Mind recycling : glass and plastic waste must be placed in the containers located on the Route de Beccon, going down towards Cruseilles (~ 100m).

• Tidy up the kitchen and dishes, put the furniture back in its place.

A good sweep will be appreciated. No mop to pass or toilets to clean.

5% x €140 x Number of taxable persons x Number of nights / Number of occupants​
